• A graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Law in 1975

• Maritime personal injury cases exclusively representing Plaintiffs in all areas of maritime law, including seaman injuries, injuries to offshore rig workers and all persons with claims arising under the U.S. Department of Labor Longshore & Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act.

• Licensed to practice in all Federal, State and local Courts in Louisiana
• Licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America
• Member of the Louisiana Association for Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Federal Bar Association
• Served on the Board of Governors of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, the predecessor of the current Louisiana Association for Justice and has been a guest speaker for that organization
