Jeremy J. "Jay" Suire

Jeremy J. "Jay" Suire is a 1997 graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana, where he received a B.A. degree in Political Science, concentrating in the areas of Public and Foreign Policy and Legislative Politics, with a minor in English. He is also a graduate of Tulane University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2000. While at Tulane, Jay presided in the highly prestigious position of Chief Justice of the Tulane Moot Court Board. Undefeated as a trial litigator during his tenure at Tulane Law School, Jay was awarded the prestigious McGlinchey Stafford Lang Trial Competition Championship -- an honor given annually to the highest ranked litigator at the law school. Profiled three times in Who's Who Among American Law Students, Jay was named a lifetime member of the National Order of Barristers in 2000, was the recipient of both the Ferdinand Fairfax Stone and the M. Truman Woodward, Jr. Scholarships and was the 1999-2000 recipient of the Paul E. Garafalo Memorial Service Award. He served for two years as a research assistant to the world-renowned civil law scholar and editor of the Louisiana Civil Code, A. N. Yiannopoulos.

Jay is admitted to the practice of law in all Louisiana Courts. He is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Fraternity, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association. He practices in the areas of maritime/offshore personal injury and death, products liability, premises liability, and automobile, truck and boating accidents. Jay is a 10-year veteran broadcaster, and has exhibited his public speaking and acting talents across America. A lifelong resident of Crowley, Louisiana, he is married to the former Laurie Anne Myers of Crowley.
